Fixed Import/Export settings bug

Fixed refresh on event end

Fixed duplicate events

Fixed ordering of events with no duration

Added preference for ordering multi day events at the top of following days

Added “till midnight” to “Range: future” so you can now limit the widget to only show todays events

Added “New event duration” preference to button screen sso you can set the default duration for new events
